Children of Colour and white children of working poor parents are often recipients of sub-par education opportunities.  School Districts, like those in Palm Beach County, Florida, New York City, Charlotte-Mecklinberg, North Carolina, and St. Petersburg, Florida often deny children of Colour, non-native english speakers, and poor white chilren that attend segregated majority-minority schools the same education opportunities as their white, more affluent neighbors.  Purposefully

Parents MUST hold school districts accountable for their discrimination.

Educational Inequality occurrs when
  • Students have a constant stream of substitutes in core classes.
  • Most students in class have the same grade despite never having tests or homework.
  • Your student/child is below on-level reading but is passed forward
  • There are far less college level or credit courses at your child's school than at the affluent schools in the same district.
  • Your current superintendent promoted racial re-segregation in his former positions and attacked Teacher's Rights.
  • Parent calls the school for updates on their children and principals deny you any actual information per your request.
