**ATTENTION: ALL U.S. GREENCARD HOLDERS AND PERMENANT RESIDENTS FROM BANNED NATIONS TRAVELING BACK TO THE U.S.**

Those with origins from: Libya, Iraq, Iran, Yeman, Syria, Somalia, Sudan, Recently added: Chad, North Korea, and Venezuela

This includes Dual Citizens with any of these nations or "Brown" people with "Muslim Sounding" names:

This is the USCIS Form I-407  DO NOT SIGN IT!

HOMELAND SECURITY is tricking Greencard holders and permanent residents into signing this form which leads to their eventual denial into the US and subsequent barring from coming back.

HERE IS HOW ITS DONE:

  1. Travelers are taken into a room where they are separated from their passports and greencards.

  2. Travelers are then told:  "things are will go much faster if . . . simply fill out and sign this form."

  3. Travelers who notice the language, that they are surrendering their cards are told, "no, this just means you are giving it to me to hold onto right now.  I'll give it back."

  4. If the Traveler signs the form, they are either deported immediately with no chance for a hearing or legal counsel or they are let through but permanently separated from their greencards.

  5. The traveler, usually demanding their cards back are threatened with deportation if they do not leave when given the opportunity to.

  6. The traveler would rather leave thinking that there is a way to get their card later or another copy.

  7. When the traveler applies for another card, they are informed that they gave up their green cards and permanent resident status, and have to try to apply again. . . Immigration presents them with a form that says you surrender your cards and plan on leaving...with your signature.

  8. No one at the airport knows who you are and though they sign it, when challenged, they say, DID I FORCE YOU TO SIGN THIS?!

  9. All new applications are denied, and you must leave after 90 days or face permanent denial from the US as you are breaking the law.

FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THIS FORM

WHAT DO YOU DO?

  • Familiarize yourself with this form.

  • DO NOT CONTACT A CONSULATE OR HOMELAND SECURITY - (they are the doing this to you!)

  • Before you leave to come to the U.S. Contact a participating Immigration or Civil Rights Attorney and have them meet you at the airport.   Give them all of your flight information.

  • Text your Family and Attorney the moment you touchdown. Have their numbers or cards handy to show the HS official and tell them that they are outside waiting.  Make sure your Atty sends a response Text: "Do not sign anything and ask for me to come in. You do have DUE PROCESS so they have to."

  • DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING EVER!

  • If threatened with deportation, DEMAND A HEARING IMMEDIATELY!!

  • If possible, DO NOT SEPARATE YOURSELF FROM YOUR GREENCARD!  They are less worried about your passport and more your greencard.

  • DO NOT GIVE UP YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PASSWORDS OR PHONE CONTACTS!

  • YOU DO NOT HAVE TO UNLOCK OR SURRENDER YOUR MOBILE PHONES!

If possible, hold off on all international travel.  If you are already abroad, contact an immigration attorney in the States before traveling. Your safety and the safety of your traveling family is the most important.  Send us an email if you need help.
