Samantha Williams o.b.o. D.K. vs. Palm Beach County School Board, Cheryl McKeever, Michael Huggins

High School Freshman was being bullied by multiple students at a Palm Beach County "Black" High School when the student sought administration assistance and receive no assistance.  After repeatedly being rebuffed, the student called his Mother whom also called the school seeking protection for her son. As the day progressed, the student's teacher took the child to the office for assistance from the same administrators, whereupon the student was again turned away. The student, who's attack was imminent, against sought assistance from the Assistant Principal who told him that the boys were playing an "april fools" prank on him.  He was beaten severely immediately following that lunch break.  The student was transported to St. Mary's Hospital in Riviera Beach, FL, and the 4 boys were charged with battery against the student in the Palm Beach County Juvenile Court.  The Assistant Principal, Principal, nor any other administrator refuse to even fill out a bullying report; the bare minimum requirement in the Palm Beach County School District.
